Britney Spears shared 'steamy kiss' with Ben Affleck before quickly deleting confession

Ever the queen of surprise, Britney Spears has claimed she made out with Ben Affleck in the 90s, before later deleting the post.

Calling herself a “gossip girl” Britney Spears took to social media to tell fans the story, and it seems like it was quite a steamy experience. The Toxic singer released her memoir The Woman in Me back in October, and we think if she keeps on spilling secrets like this, she’ll have to write another! In her book, Britney spoke at length about her conservatorship, her long career, and her turbulent relationship with ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake.

On her Instagram, which is currently private, the 42-year-old posted a black-and-white picture of herself, Ben, and Dianne Warren. However, the princess of pop kept some mystery, as she said she “wished” she could reveal all about that night she hung out with the Hollywood star.

In the caption of the post in which she revealed her kiss with Ben Affleck, Britney Spears wrote: “He’s such an amazing actor.

“Did I fail to mention I made out with Ben that night … I honestly forgot … Damn, that’s crazy !!! Wish I could tell you guys the story that happened before that !!!

“Oh dear, I’m just being a gossip girl,” she continued and added a face with glasses and a smirking emoji.

She then concluded she had “actually forgotten” with smirking and winking emojis, so we won’t exactly know what happened if she purposefully omitted it from her book.

Fans react to the revelation

On X (formerly Twitter) Britney Spears fans reacted to her story of kissing Ben Affleck. They can’t quite believe she ‘forgot’ she’d puckered up to the movie actor.

“You mean instead of Bennifer we could have had Bentney?” wrote a fourth.

However, others weren’t quite convinced, pointing out the age difference between the celebrities at the time, as well as Brit bringing up the past.

“It was rude and disrespectful for Britney Spears to post that, being that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are married now.

“Britney Spears is stuck in the past because that’s the only time ppl talk about her anymore when she mentions her past,” a fan claimed.
